Creating with Children

Creating with Children are one-day workshops for children from 6 years of age, focused on various art techniques.

We create in the environment of a professional art studio, but we do not forget about the child’s soul and imagination. We carefully select teachers who care for children to achieve satisfaction and a smile on their face. Our goal is for children to enjoy creation and enthusiastically try different art techniques in the future.

We paint on mugs, canvas, glass, T-shirts and on the water surface. Come and enjoy painting with us!

SCHEDULE – CREATING WITH CHILDREN

Practical Information

Detailní záběr na bílý šálek naplněný napěněnou kávou, který leží na odpovídajícím podšálku. Na šálku je kreslený motiv osoby, která drží velké červené srdce, a vedle ní stojí další osoba. Ruka drží podšálek.

Painting on Mugs

  • Price: 500 CZK

Each child gets a mug, which can be painted according to their imagination. We first lay out the motif on paper and then create directly on the mugs using porcelain colors. After agreement it is possible to arrange plates or other porcelain.

Malé dítě v červené kostkované košili maluje štětcem barevné obrázky na bílé plátno a vytváří zelený stonek a květiny. Vedle ní jsou vidět další živá umělecká díla.

Painting on Canvas

  • Price: 500 CZK

  • Time: 14:00–16:30

Everybody will have a canvas (size of approx. 30×30 cm), which can be painted according to your wishes. With children we first start drawing the topic on paper, talk about basic colors and how to work with them and then we will paint directly on the canvas.

In case of interest it is possible to arrange a larger format of canvas.

Painting on Glass

We will draw our own motif or choose one of the templates we have in our studio. We paint with peeling colors, each participant takes home several pictures on transparent foil with which he can decorate a window, a mirror or a glass.

Painting on T-shirts

  • Price: 500 CZK

  • Time: 14:00–16:30

Each painter will get a white cotton t-shirt in the studio, which he will be able to paint according to his imagination. We use Pebeo ironing colors, which hold the fabric beautifully and have a wide color range. We will also have templates.

Ebru – Painting on Water Surface

Dripping paint onto a special solution creates beautiful shapes that can be adjusted using a stick or a comb. Then we lay the paper on the surface and create an original greeting card or workbook. It can be created on paper, but also on textiles, silk and wood. We can get original scarf or even our own print on sneakers. In the studio we will have A4 and A3 paper, other materials can be arranged on request.

Watercolor Painting

Anyone who has ever tried this technique knows that water painting is a bit of a science. We will focus on the basics of working with paints, we will show you the tricks to mask unwanted splashes, and we will also talk about the difference between watercolors and aquarelle painting. We paint according to still life and imagination.
